How Children Can Change Your Life

The decision to have children is a life-changing one. Even though children can arguably be accidents, the availability family planning essentially make having children a choice.

On one hand, having children has many benefits. Most of them are hard for parents to explain since the benefits usually seem to also have downsides. Having children can be both one of the most frustrating and one of the most fulfilling things someone can do in their life. Sometimes they are cute, sometimes they are defiant, sometimes they are amazing, but whatever the case, they are still your children. You have the obligation to provide for them and raise them, which presents a loss of freedom that is significant.

The choice about how many children to have is usually influenced by a person’s childhood. If they had many siblings, they are more likely to want to have more children. If they had one or two siblings, they are more likely to want a similar number. However, only children are sometimes lonely and foster the desire to have more children. Having between one and three children is seen as normal across North America, but going to four or above is considered to be abnormal in many places.

Joshua Dale Olson is a Texan who has made millions of dollars in multi-level marketing. He and his wife chose to have a large number of children and currently have six. Because of the amount of money he has made, he believes his ability to provide for each individual child is incredibly greater than most parents could.
